AMLA EXPLOTACIONES TURÍSTICAS, S.A., offers two types of charges with its own cancellation policies:

Option: - REIMBURSABLE FEE

• You can cancel without restrictions up to 24 hours before entering the hotel. If you cancel within 24 hours prior: 1 night charge as cancellation fees.

Option: - NON REFUNDABLE RATE

• The total amount of the stay will be charged when booking.
• If you cancel or modify the reservation or do not show up, 100% charge as cancellation fees.

VIII. CONTRACT CELEBRATION

Contracts Will be understood as celebrated and produce any of the expected effects through the legal system when consent and the rest of the requirements for its validity are fulfilled. They will be ruled as stated in the LSSI art. 23 and 24, as well as the Civil Code and Commerce code, and the rest of the civil and mercantile norms regarding contracts. There is no need of an agreement to use electronic media. Contracts are, in this sense, considered to have been written, if the contract or the information is stored within electronic media.
