Las presentes condiciones de contratación tienen por objeto Regular los términos contractuales para la contratación /reserva de los servicios ofertados por la empresa a través de la web, y la correspondiente contraprestación económica y/o pago a realizar por el Cliente a la Empresa.
La empresa pone a disposición del destinatario, antes de iniciar el procedimiento de contratación y mediante técnicas adecuadas al medio de comunicación utilizado, de forma permanente, fácil y gratuita, información clara, comprensible e inequívoca sobre los siguientes extremos:
a) Los distintos trámites que deben seguirse para aceptar las presentes condiciones generales de contratación.

I) La empresa, informa que los trámites para contratar los servicios ofertados, son aquellos que se describen en las presentes condiciones generales, así como aquellos otros específicos que se indiquen en la Web durante la navegación, de manera que el cliente declara conocer y aceptar dichos trámites como necesarios para acceder a los servicios de alojamiento hotelero ofertados.

I.- IDENTIDAD DEL VENDEDOR.
El Vendedor de los servicios contratados por el usuario, es la entidad Amla Explotaciones Turísticas, S.A., que es una empresa que presta servicios de alojamiento hotelero.
La página web WWW.HOTELESGLOBALES.COM está registrada a nombre de Amla Explotaciones Turísticas, S.A. La marca comercial se encuentra debidamente registra a nombre de la entidad.
II.- OBJETO DE LAS CONDICIONES DE CONTRATACIÓN.
1. Las presentes condiciones de contratación tiene por objeto la fijación de las condiciones para la venta y/o reserva de los servicios a contratar a través de la página web WWW.HOTELESGLOBALES.COM. Las condiciones regularan la relación contractual de compraventa/reserva de alojamiento hotelero generada entre el Vendedor y el Comprador en el momento en que éste acepta la casilla correspondiente durante el proceso de compra online. Las características de los servicios contratados aparecen reflejadas en las correspondientes páginas de esta web, así como las particularidades de cada operación que pueda realizar en este entorno, siempre en idioma castellano.
2. La contratación de cualquiera de los servicios y/o productos por parte del comprador a través de la página WWW.HOTELESGLOBALES.COM, conlleva la aceptación y sujeción a las presentes Condiciones Generales de venta en su totalidad.
3. La empresa, presta a través de la página web servicios de reserva y/o venta de alojamiento de hotel, siempre ofertados por la entidad Amla Explotaciones Turísticas, S.A. Esta reserva y/o venta de alojamiento hotelero se regirá por las Condiciones de Contratación aquí recogidas y por las Condiciones Particulares que en su caso se apliquen a cada uno de los productos y servicios ofertados.
4. Los precios aplicables a los productos y/o servicios contratados son los indicados en el sitio Web en la fecha de la reserva y/o contratación. Las ofertas estarán debidamente marcadas e identificadas como tales, indicando convenientemente el precio anterior y el precio de la oferta.
5. Todos los medios y requerimientos técnicos que se precisen para acceder a la página, a la página web y a los servicios y/o productos ofrecidos en la misma serán por cuenta exclusiva del Usuario, así como cualesquiera gastos o impuestos a los que la prestación de dichos servicios pueda dar lugar.
6. Una vez hubiera accedido, y para proceder a la utilización de los distintos servicios el Usuario deberá seguir todas las indicaciones e instrucciones recogidas en la Web, cumplimentando a estos efectos las Condiciones Particulares y demás formularios fijados para cada servicio, lo cual supondrá la lectura y aceptación de todas las Condiciones Generales de Contratación, así como en su caso las Condiciones Particulares que fueran de aplicación.
III.- PROCEDIMIENTO DE COMPRA Y/O RESERVA.

Una vez seleccionada y verificada la solicitud de compra y/o reserva, usted habrá procedido a la expresa aceptación total de todas y cada una de las condiciones generales tal y como se muestran en la web de la empresa con anterioridad a la adquisición de la prestación de los servicios solicitados.
