The Globales Almirante Farragut is located in a privileged position on the cliffs in Cala´n Forcat, close to Ciutadella, Menorca. The hotel has a big split level pool with a large multi-tiered solarium decked out with comfy sun loungers and thatched parasols.

As of 2015 all of the rooms have been renovated with bright white and orange tones and sleek modern wooden furniture and all the modern comforts you’ll need like wide screen TV’s , mini-fridges and Wi-FI access*.

The hotel has an extensive buffet restaurant serving fresh Mediterranean dishes as well home-from-home favourites. There is also a choice of bars, a snack bar and a pool bar.

At the Globales Almirante Farragut there is always something to keep the whole family entertained. If you a pool lover then this is the hotel for you, there is a huge split level free-form pool plus a smaller one for kids, surrounded by an impressive tiered solarium and thanks to its cliff top position you get sun all day long and stunning panoramic sea views. If you prefer the beach life, with direct access from the hotel and only a small walk is the idyllic coves and beaches of Los Delphines and Cala’n Forecat. The small beaches are typical of Menorca with gentle crystal clear shallow waters of gorgeous aqua marine tones. If you fancy trying your hand at scuba diving the beach has a school that offer PADI approved lessons. Inside the hotel there is plenty going on activity wise. The hotel’s entertainment team put on loads of games and activities for you to join like volleyball and archery mini-golf, bicycle hire*, a gym*, a games room and much more! To keep the little ones entertained the kids club for children aged 5-12 is open daily, you can drop them off in the morning leaving you to relax whilst they do fun activities like face and t-shirt painting. In evening the fun doesn’t stop, there is a mini disco for the kids, a teen’s only disco, and for adults there are quizzes, karaoke, and professional shows and cabaret acts that will get you singing and dancing. When you feel like a day out, a ten minutes’ drive from the hotel and you’re in Ciutadella, known as Vella I Bella – the Old and the Beautiful. As you walk the cobbled streets you’ll stumble upon elegant palaces – a reminder of the city’s former glory as the island’s capital – and myriad churches and museums. There’s also the cathedral, said to be the largest Gothic building in Menorca, and a marina lined with cafés and restaurants serving top-notch seafood.
