Thanks to its tranquil location and beautiful pool, relaxation at the Globales Mediterrani comes effortlessly. The Globales Mediterrani is nestled in a prime position in the laid back and friendly resort of Cala Blanca. Very close to the hotel is a gorgeous beach set in a small idyllic cove that is typical of beaches in Menorca. In a natural and serene setting surrounded by trees, the beach is spotless and has calm gentle waves making this beach ideal for families. If you prefer chilling poolside, then the spacious solarium that surrounds the impressive pool is just for you. The large free-form pool set in the hotel’s gardens is perfect for taking a relaxing dip when you need to cool down. There is also a smaller shallow kid’s pool so they can splash around in safety. There is bicycle hire available directly from the hotel if you want to get out and about to explore the local area and for children there is small playground. In the evenings you can expect professional shows and cabaret. When you feel like a day out, a ten minutes’ drive from the hotel and you’re in Ciutadella, known as Vella I Bella – the Old and the Beautiful. As you walk the cobbled streets you’ll stumble upon elegant palaces and a myriad churches and museums. There’s also the cathedral, said to be the largest Gothic building in Menorca, and a marina lined with cafés and restaurants serving top-notch seafood.
