Description

From the Globales Recruitment Team, we are looking for interns to join our team through our Hotel Management Internship Programme, available in our hotels located in Mallorca, Menorca, and Andalusia.

Funciones principales

The programme has an estimated duration of six months. During this period, you will take part in a 360º training experience, starting with rotations through the hotel’s main departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of daily operations. Afterwards, you will join the Hotel Management team, where you’ll have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and strategic competencies. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the management and supervision of different teams during your rotation through each department, assisting with task coordination and the control of daily operations.

- Collaborating in budget management, cost control, and resource optimisation within each department.

- Participating in guest service by handling requests and resolving incidents, ensuring a personalised and high-quality experience.

- Assisting in monitoring the hotel’s quality standards and company policies, promoting operational excellence.

- Supporting the hotel management team in planning and executing operational strategies, and preparing performance reports to evaluate service quality and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

- Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or Vocational Training in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. It is essential to be able to formalise an internship agreement with your educational institution.

- High level of English; knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset.

- Availability to complete the internship during the period from May to October.

What We Offer

- Curricular or extracurricular internship.

- Transportation from the airport to the assigned hotel.

- Accommodation at the destination hotel (shared or single room, subject to availability).

- Meals included at the destination hotel.

- 40 hours per week (or the maximum allowed by your university), with two days off per week.

- Monthly allowance of €800 gross.

- Uniform provided (except footwear).

- Professional guidance and supervision throughout the internship.

- Opportunity to continue with the company under an employment contract upon successful completion of the internship.
