Corporate Manager Food & Beverage

Description

From the Globales Recruitment Department, we are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for our headquarters in Calvià (Mallorca).

The role’s mission is to coordinate, supervise, and enhance the dining and service experience across the group’s hotels, ensuring proper execution of quality standards, as well as leading and coordinating the corporate Food & Beverage (F&B) team, aligning their functions with the company’s strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities

- Direct, organize, and supervise the operations of hotel restaurants and bars, ensuring excellent service and a memorable guest experience, while complying with safety, hygiene, and quality regulations.

- Coordinate and lead the corporate F&B team, ensuring that actions and strategies are implemented consistently across the chain.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve dining room service, ensuring alignment with brand identity and guest expectations.

- Support and advise dining teams on service protocols, customer care, and hospitality standards.

- Implement procedures to optimize cost management, inventory, and profitability ratios, always focusing on enhancing the guest dining experience.

- Coordinate with hotel managers to implement new food and beverage offerings, ensuring proper communication and service.

- Collaborate in defining the F&B department budget and analyze financial results, proposing corrective actions and improvements.

Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of experience in restaurant/dining management in 3- or 4-star hotels, with responsibility for service teams.

- Proven experience leading corporate teams within the A&B department.

- Education in hospitality, tourism, or related fields.

- Solid knowledge of service protocols, customer care, and hotel dining standards.

- Experience in cost management, ratio control, and budget preparation in F&B.

- Availability to travel to the group’s different hotels.

- Leadership, team management, and customer-oriented skills.
