Description
From the Recruitment Department, we are looking for a Hotel Manager to lead the operations of the Globales Lord Nelson complex— comprising a 4-star beachfront hotel and an apartment complex located on the renowned Santo Tomás beach, in Es Migjorn Gran, Menorca. We are seeking a strategic leader, adaptable to change, with a strong focus on people management and business performance.
Funciones principales
- Coordinate and oversee the operation of all hotel departments, ensuring optimal performance.
- Lead and manage the hotel team, supervising personnel policies and ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Ensure the achievement of established objectives, both in terms of results and adherence to the hotel’s quality standards.
- Manage the budget, controlling expenses, analyzing deviations, and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
- Guarantee guest satisfaction, with a strong focus on service quality and the transmission of the company’s cultural values.
- Oversee the hotel’s quality management system, ensuring compliance with both the hotel’s and the company’s corporate quality standards and policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism.
- High level of English (both spoken and written).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar management position.
